Upon mutual agreement, a formal contract is signed. Your order is confirmed and enters production after receipt of the deposit (typically 30%-50% of the total contract value).

Shipping & Customs Export
Once goods are ready, we coordinate logistics (sea/air freight) and handle all necessary export customs clearance procedures to ensure safe and timely arrival at the destination port.

We provide the complete set of clearance documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.) to assist you with smooth import customs clearance in your country, followed by final delivery of the goods.
Transaction Completion & After-Sales Service
After confirming receipt of the final payment, we finalize all transaction documents. Our dedicated after-sales service remains available to support you and maintain our partnership.
